This page describes how the site is managed with regard to the processing of the personal data of users who consult it.

This information is provided pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR EU 2016/679 and the national legislation in force, to those who interact with the web services of UAHUU SRL, which can be accessed electronically from the address: www.uahuu.it corresponding to the home page of the official website of UAHU SRL.

This information is provided only for the website of UAHUU SRL and not for any other websites that may be consulted by the user via links.

The information is also inspired by Recommendation No. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, brought together in the Group established by Article 29 of Directive No. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.

1. The ‘Data Controller’ of the processing
   Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The ‘owner’ of their processing is UAHUU SRL, with registered office in Via F.lli Benvenuto, 16 – 31100 Treviso (TV).
2. Place of data processing
   The processing operations connected to the web services of this site take place at the aforementioned registered office of the Company and are carried out only by technical personnel in charge of processing. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated. The personal data provided by users who request dispatch of informative material (mailing lists, newsletters, answers to queries, etc.) are used solely for the purpose of performing the service or provision requested and are not disclosed to third parties.
3. Type of data processed

• Navigation data
  The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
  This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
  This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
  This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation, and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the site: apart from this eventuality, data on web contacts do not currently persist for more than seven days.
• Data provided voluntarily by the user
  The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site, also by filling in specific forms, entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary to reply to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
  Subject to specific and prior consent (where required), the data will be processed for the following purposes:
  • Enquiries about services provided and products/solutions marketed directly by UAHUU SRL;
  • Reports of any kind, also sent via contact forms;
  • Sending information and/or personal data for the purpose of establishing a professional collaboration;
  • Sending of promotional communications and information material, including by UAHUU SRL’s partners, by automated and non-automated contact methods, concerning services and products offered by UAHUU SRL, if subscribed to the appropriate service;
  • Subscription to the company newsletter (it is specified that the newsletter may contain commercial and/or promotional content);
    Any specific information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site set up for particular services on request.

5. Optional supply of data
   Apart from what has been specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide the personal data indicated in the request forms or in any case indicated in contacts to request the sending of the newsletter, information material or other communications.
   Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested.
6. Processing methods
   Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
   Specific security measures are observed to prevent loss of data, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access.
7. Transfer of your information abroad
   The personal data provided, entered via this or other websites, may be transferred to other countries by us or our agents for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations and compulsory intra-group communication and/or franchising obligations, in full compliance with Art. 44 et seq. of GDPR 2016/679 or for exclusively technical reasons related to the structure of the company’s Information System and/or the application of technical and organisational security measures deemed appropriate by the Data Controller (cit. Art. 32 GDPR 2016/679) .
8. Rights of data subjects
   The persons to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of such data and to be informed of their content and origin, to verify their accuracy or to request that they be supplemented or updated, or corrected (Articles 15-22 GDPR 2016/679 and applicable national legislation).
9. Right to Complain
   Data subjects who consider that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this website is in breach of the provisions of the GDPR 2016/679 have the right to lodge a complaint with the UAHUU SRL Institute, as provided for in Article 77 of the GDPR 2016/679 itself, or to take appropriate legal action (Article 79 of the GDPR 2016/679).

11. Data retention times:
    The data provided will be stored in our archives according to the following parameters:
    • For any data provided voluntarily: until the service is fulfilled (‘principle of retention limitation’, art.5 of EU Regulation 2016/679) or according to the deadlines provided for by the Law. A check on the obsolescence of the retained data in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically.Data retention periods:
